Nah, that's okay. I don't like to use red weapons anyways. Besides, they're not THAT much better than yellows.

Pikachu uses surf. It's super effective! The enemy's Quilava fainted.

You can teach Pikachu surf on Pokemon Stadium for the N64

“3. Pokemon Stadium Prize

This is the hardest, but it's the only legitimate way to get a Surfing Pikachu
unless you win a Nintendo Contest, which you won't. To get a Surfing Pikachu
this way, you will need a copy of the original Pokemon Stadium for Nintendo 64,
a Transfer Pak (these originally came with copies of Pokemon Stadium; I don't
know how easy they are to find now), and a very strong team of any five pokemon
and a pikachu on your Pokemon Yellow cartridge. First, you will need to battle
your way up to the R-2 (that's the second round) Prime Cup, Master Ball
Division any way you want (use any Pokemon you want up to this point, it
doesn't matter). Once you've done that, you need to enter the tournament and
select your Pikachu and any five other Pokemon from your Yellow Cartridge for
your team (IMPORTANT: You cannot use rental Pokemon and you cannot use a
registered team. The game will let you, but you can't win a Surfing Pikachu
that way. All 6 Pokemon need to come from the Transfer Pak containing your
Pokemon Yellow Cartridge). Now, for every single battle, you need to select
Pikachu as one of the 3 Pokemon you take with you into battle. You don't need
to actually use him to fight at all, but you need to select him as one of your
3. Your opponents will all have very good Pokemon and they won't make stupid
mistakes, so you need to make sure that the other 5 Pokemon you have on your
team (and especially the other 2 that you take into each battle) are top-notch,
because Pikachu is going to be of little use. This isn't easy, but you can do
it. Losing a battle will not result in you being unable to win a Surfing
Pikachu, so don't think if you have to quit and start over if you're not
flawless. After you beat the R-2 Prime Cup Master Ball Division with Pikachu
selected to go into every battle, you will see a scene of Pikachu in front of a
sunset that will say "You Won Using Pikachu" and then it will ask to select a
move to be replaced with Surf. Congrats.

NOTE: As a neat little bonus, whenever you use Surf with that Pikachu in
Pokemon Stadium, a surfboard will appear under his feet and he will ride the
wave that appears behind him.

I want any red rogue gear and weapons you can make. I will farm not only the mats for mine but a separate set of mats so you can make some for yourself.

I don't think anyone has a full legit set of red recipes. In fact I am am sure no one has a full set legit. Plus it's banned from the server and they come (adapted) once made.
