irub I still cant fit it in the box that says thread title the second box wont let me type in at all just the box that says thread title will let me type in it the second box well what that for I can only type IGN`S: blahs ban that's it I cant get it to work

Okay so what you want to do is, you go to this link http://herocube.net/threads/read-before-posting-ban-format-here.9/ When you are there follow the instructions that Kainzo made, then you post that in the "ban appeal" section of the fourms, you can look at the others for examples.
~Continued~If like you said for some reason you cant type it all in the post box just make a microsoft word document using the correct format and copy and paste the words into the area to type the appeal.
