The server has 120 slots, for it to be full there would have to be a lot of people online. I would suggest you re-start your client then try. I don't think we've ever had 120 players online, I could be wrong though.
The server has never had 120 people online at one time, I am quite sure of that. I don't even know if Cubeworld itself could handle 120 people on one map. The best thing everyone can do right now is hold on tight while Cube world becomes more stable. As for the login issues, the best thing to do is try again later.
Yeah, I doubt that there's ever been 120 people on this server. I've seen it peak around 30, although someone older than me may have seen more people.
