Unnecessary Ban.

Black was intentionally following us around trying to take the item, he had no good intentions. I believe this ban was completely valid. As you stated he received numerous warnings and even agreed to give them item back after he was given another one, which he failed to do. He took both items, he lied to a staff member, and his attitude on the situation was completely disrespectful.

Black was banned not because he took an item but because he was being disrespectful to both Bob and I. Bob spent give or take an hour making an item for me on request which he did not have to do. Now the player that I banned, Black, did not just so happen to "be near" us. Black consistently kept following Bob and I when we seeing where to put cubes on items. When Bob was finally done making the item black ran in and took it running away. The continuous stuns were to get Blacks attention. I only kicked him once to let him know we were not joking around with him. I chased after Black from the city to the koth telling him we need the item back and he kept saying no. Soon later Black said that if we gave him gear he would give us are item back. Naturally now we gave him some gear. After giving him gear he still laughed and said no; leading to his ban. Are dear friend Bob, is looking to do free script writing for the server on weekends, and we have never actually seen or met Bob until today. So look at it this way, we have a new person that is willing to do free work generously and comes onto the server like "hey whats up guys" and then this player, Black, comes and steals his creation unwilling to give it back. If black wants to be unbanned he can simply appeal and I will unban him. Besides that though, he was banned for disrespecting other users and staff. If I warn you nicely more times then needed to cooperate and you still refuse there is going to be a problem; this was the case with black.

I was actually there watching the circumstance take place. I think it's unfair for someone playing and enjoying themselves on a server and getting banned and not knowing how. I actually found it disrespectful on Echo's part to basically harass Black with stuns. whats the point of giving warnings with stuns? All the stun would do is leave the victim on the ground for a second, there was no reason to stun Black. Being mistreated by staff? Wow, just wow. Black shouldn't have been banned for the smallest thing he's done.

I really don't see the problem if Black can just take five minutes of his time to write an appeal and he'll be immediately unbanned once @Echo 6 or @Kainzo reads it. Now if he doesn't know WHERE to appeal or HOW to appeal, that's a whole different issue, and it's HIS issue, not Echo's. (I mean, any sane person could figure out where the website is without being told; all one has to do is type the server IP in the search bar.)

Still its not reason for a ban. There is no rule against taking an item and if he did not want to give it back and by that he was being "disrespectful" , its still no reason for a perm ban

You should read a little bit more in depth echo clearly stated if he wanted to be unbanned that he could make an appeal and he would unban him. It being a perma ban is blacks stupidity for not knowing how to make a ban appeal. Him being disrespectful to another player yea ok let it slide with a warning, but he was disrespectful to a staff member as well. With all that said he should know better. Really isn't any reason to even be posting about it anymore it's said and done.
