She looks like an assassin and she rolled into water mages puddles to get mp from what I see. :/

Hmm from what i know assassins cooldown isnt this short.

I could be wrong but at about 26 secconds she uses m2 a little bit after she uses her ability..

An assassin with full tempo with a full sneak bar can m2 about 10 times, so thats probably what he/she did instead of the 3 skill.

She told me that he is from france and ye she is assasin

You can also do /player Amber when they are on and it tells you what class they are

Nothing wrong here, counted the intercept time / assassins 3rd skill isn't visible to other players.

I think it might also be that Amber has a really high tempo and spams m1 then m2 right after, not sure tho.

i just push m1 and spam m2. thats all
and have 350% tempo.
and dodging attack do not provide mp for assassins.
