All of the other Cube World PvP servers have already adopted this, it's a command that lets players join whichever team you would like to. It helps tremendously in 1v1s and doesn't leave the teams unbalanced unless someone wants to do that on purpose (which I don't see the point of). On the other servers the in-game command is /team_join (team color).
Hmm if its not available on HC - probably means we're behind a script or two, i'll have to try and update it.
