HELP!!!

Help I can't do anything in servers. It connects and then minimap is full of skulls and there are people who are walking and standing. When I connect the blue screen appears with please wait, I hear all sounds and when the blue screen goes away then anything stops and this will happen:

yeah same shit here, think it needs to be fixed by a admin ^^

I went to other servers and same problem..

EDIT: I was in the server and I did /connect pvp.herocube.net and It was fine for 3 secs and then all went down AND.. I dodged one hit and the purple particles flew around my feet (Sorry for my bad english). And when I click Exit game or Start menu then I crash PLEASE HELP!!!

Guys I solved the problem. I needed to do restart computer only
